The Damn Good Verge Pearl perfectly complements the original Damn Good and even the most recent Collision. The polished, purple one-color ball is damn good when you need a pretty clean ball that makes a defined and strong move on the backend. The original Damn Good turned many heads, and this one is sure to be… Damn Good!

Special ball

After drilling my Damn good Verge I could not wait to drill up the Damn Good Verge Pearl. I drilled mine 60 x 4 ½ x 35 and was hoping for that smooth motion with a little “pop” at the end. What a got I did not expect, this ball picks up the mids, hits like a Hammer AND gives me the ability to move in and open up my angles. With lower ball speeds this is an absolute plus for me and a great addition to my arsenal. I believe that even as good as the solid was, this ball is even better!

Great Pearl Compliment to Original

This is exactly what you would expect from a pearl version of one of the best and most versatile symmetrical balls, the Damn Good Verge original solid. As you would expect this one is cleaner up front and a little more pop down lane, but nothing crazy or over reactive. Allows be to get the same shape as the original on less oil. Love that they included Dynamicore for hitting power and DOT on it as some of the less hooking balls tend to not have these bells and whistles sometimes. Bottom line, if you bowl on slightly lower volume oil patterns, or later in tournament blocks, this is a great option and is going to be a league staple in the bag. I went with 70 x 3.75 x 20 on mine.
