Shipping policy

At Bowling World, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The following Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at www.BowlingWorld.com.


1. Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, although processing times may vary during holidays, major promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorized.

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed and do not include shipping transit time.


2. Priority Processing

In some cases, customers may purchase Priority Processing during checkout for an additional fee.

Priority Processing moves your order to the front of our order processing queue, allowing it to be reviewed and prepared for shipment ahead of standard orders.

Please note:

  • Priority Processing does not upgrade your shipping method.
  • Priority Processing does not guarantee same-day shipping.
  • Delivery dates remain dependent on the shipping service selected during checkout.
  • Priority Processing fees are non-refundable once order processing has begun.

3. Shipping Methods

Bowling World ships using trusted national and regional shipping carriers.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping service.

Unless otherwise requested, Bowling World reserves the right to select the carrier used for shipment.


4. Shipping Rates

Bowling World is proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Customers may have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping during checkout for an additional charge. Expedited shipping fees, when selected, are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and requested delivery service.

Free shipping applies only to eligible standard shipping destinations and does not include expedited shipping services, international shipments, oversized items requiring special handling, or other exclusions that may be noted during checkout.

If additional shipping charges apply due to special circumstances, they will be clearly communicated before your order is finalized.


5. Split Shipments

To provide the fastest possible service, your order may ship from multiple warehouses or Bowling World retail locations.

Whenever practical, we will consolidate shipments into the fewest packages possible. However, certain products may ship separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment location.

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated.


6. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact Bowling World immediately.

While we will make every reasonable effort to update an address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Bowling World is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • High shipping volume
  • Holidays
  • Transportation issues
  • Other circumstances beyond Bowling World’s control

We appreciate your patience whenever unexpected delays occur.


8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipping label has been created.


9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact Bowling World as soon as possible.

We will gladly work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a resolution.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of damaged packaging or products to assist with shipping claims.


10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned to Bowling World because they were refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information, failure to retrieve the package, or similar customer-related reasons may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.


11. International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available. In the event that changes in the future:

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Government-imposed import charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in Bowling World’s shipping charges.

Bowling World is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


12. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to specific states, countries, or regions due to manufacturer restrictions, shipping regulations, or applicable laws.

Bowling World reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that cannot legally or safely be shipped.


13. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, Bowling World will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. However, Bowling World cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
