As a Bowling World (BW) Store Manager, you are expected to adhere to certain standards and practices. Store Managers are responsible for:

Taking care of the customers needs throughout their entire experience with BW
Maintaining a professional persona
Maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing store.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Fitting, drilling, and ball work that meet the BW standards
Adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
Ordering and stocking inventory on a regular and as needed basis.
Purchasing supplies on an as needed basis.
Maintaining regular store hours
Keeping up with administrative tasks
Making weekly cash deposits
Following procedures as laid out in the BW Standard Operating Procedures e-book.
Maintaining and enhancing proprietor relations.
Communicating with the BW corporate staff
Promoting the sport of bowling.
