4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within the estimated timeframe displayed on our Website. Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, product availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed and do not include carrier transit time.

Customers may have the option to purchase Priority Processing during checkout for an additional fee. Priority Processing moves your order to the front of our order processing queue, allowing it to be reviewed and prepared for shipment ahead of standard orders.

Priority Processing does not expedite the shipping method selected at checkout and does not guarantee same-day shipping, next-day shipping, or delivery by a specific date. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are determined solely by the selected shipping service and the carrier.

Priority Processing fees are non-refundable once order processing has begun.

4.2 Shipping Methods

Bowling World ships using a variety of national and regional carriers.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Carrier selection is determined by Bowling World unless a specific shipping service is purchased by the customer.

4.3 Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Bowling World is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to update the shipping address upon request. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

4.4 Split Shipments

To provide the fastest possible service, Bowling World may fulfill orders from multiple warehouses or retail locations.

As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments on different dates at no additional cost to you.

Whenever possible, Bowling World will consolidate shipments into the fewest packages practical. However, product availability and fulfillment location may require certain items to ship separately.

4.5 Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and should be considered estimates only.

Bowling World is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, transportation issues, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.6 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has been significantly delayed, please contact Bowling World as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of damaged packages or products to assist with claims.

4.7 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to retrieve the package, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4.8 International Shipping

International shipping, when available, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, customs fees, import restrictions, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Bowling World is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.

As of July 2026, Bowling World does not offer international shipping.

4.9 Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to specific locations due to carrier restrictions, manufacturer policies, hazardous material regulations, or applicable laws.

Bowling World reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that cannot legally or safely be shipped.

4.10 Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, Bowling World will assist the customer in working with the shipping carrier; however, Bowling World cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are confirmed as successfully delivered.



5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

Bowling World wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, most new, unused products may be returned within our published return window, subject to the conditions outlined below and in our Return Policy.

To qualify for a return, items must generally:

  • Be in new and unused condition.

  • Be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging.

  • Be packaged inside a protective shipping box.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging materials.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

  • Bowling balls that have been drilled, plugged, resurfaced, or otherwise modified

  • Mystery products such as the Bowling World Surprise

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Made to order apparel & merch

  • Gift cards

  • Any Clearance or final sale items identified as non-returnable

  • Any item returned in unsellable condition

5.3 Return Authorization

Certain returns may require authorization before being sent back to Bowling World.

Customers should contact our Customer Service team before returning merchandise to ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible.

Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may be refused.

5.4 Return Shipping

Bowling World proudly offers free return shipping on eligible returns within our published return window.

To receive a prepaid return shipping label, the returned item must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return Policy. Items that are ineligible for return or do not meet our return requirements may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.

Customers should contact Bowling World before returning merchandise to obtain return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

5.5 Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with our published Return Policy.

For qualifying exchanges, Bowling World may cover the cost of shipping the replacement item when the original order meets our free shipping requirements.

If the replacement item differs in price, the customer will be responsible for any applicable price difference or will receive a refund for the difference, as applicable.

5.6 Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, Bowling World will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return resulted from a Bowling World error.

5.7 Manufacturer Defects

Products that develop a manufacturing defect may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty rather than Bowling World’s Return Policy.

Where applicable, Bowling World will assist customers in submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer. Warranty approval, repair, replacement, or denial is determined solely by the manufacturer.

5.8 Extended Warranty Coverage

For select products, customers may purchase Extended Warranty Coverage during checkout for an additional fee. This optional protection extends the original manufacturer’s warranty by an additional 365 days, providing extra peace of mind after the manufacturer’s coverage expires.

Extended Warranty Coverage:

  • Begins immediately after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires.

  • Covers qualifying manufacturing defects consistent with the original manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Does not cover accidental damage, abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, unauthorized modifications, or other exclusions outlined by the original manufacturer.

  • Is non-refundable once the eligible product has shipped.

If a product covered by Extended Warranty Coverage develops a qualifying manufacturing defect during the extended coverage period, Bowling World will review the claim and, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide a comparable product if the original product is no longer available.

5.9 Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has entered processing or shipment.

Because orders are processed quickly, Bowling World cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated. Once an order has entered processing, including orders with Priority Processing, or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be subject to our Return Policy.

5.10 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to retrieve the package, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to applicable return shipping charges, carrier fees, or restocking fees where permitted.

If an order is returned to Bowling World due to an undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

5.11 Return Policy

The Bowling World mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Bowling World (“Bowling World”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Bowling World’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bowling World through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).
