Ways to Redeem
Collect points and redeem them for coupon codes that can be applied to your cart. Use your points immediately or save them up for a bigger discount. Visit your Bowling World Elite account in the rewards tab on the bottom right of the screen to find your rewards.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
- The Bowling World Elite rewards program is open to all individuals who create a customer account at bowlingworld.com.
- Membership is free, and enrollment begins with account creation.
2. Earning Points
Points can be earned through the following actions:
- Purchases: 5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying orders at bowlingworld.com.
- Product Reviews: 100 points per customer review (maximum 10 reviews per month).
- Social Engagement:
Like on Facebook: 150 points (via rewards panel)
Follow on Instagram: 150 points (via rewards panel) - Milestone Bonuses:
500-point bonus for placing your 5th order
500-point birthday bonus (birthday must be provided at least 30 days in advance) - Referral Program: Refer a friend to earn a $5 off coupon when they make a purchase; the friend receives a $5 off coupon as well.
3. Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for coupon codes that apply discounts at checkout on future purchases.
- Redemption is available in increments of 100 points through the rewards panel (“Ways to Redeem”) within your account.
- Coupon codes can be used immediately or saved for later use.
4. Expiration & Account Status
- All points expire 12 months after they are earned.
- Rewards are only valid for customers who log in to their Bowling World Elite account; guest checkouts are not eligible.
5. Adjustments, Cancellations & Misuse
- Bowling World reserves the right to modify point balances, revoke points, or terminate memberships in the event of misuse or fraudulent activity.
- Discrepancies should be reported promptly via account support; Bowling World may adjust balances as appropriate.
6. Exclusions & Restrictions
- Points cannot be earned on guest checkouts—only on purchases made while logged in to a member account.
- Points cannot be redeemed in-store at physical Bowling World locations.
- Coupon codes are valid only on bowlingworld.com and cannot be combined with certain promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
7. Liability & Program Changes
- The Program is provided “as is,” and Bowling World disclaims liability for technical issues, lost points, or third-party misuse.
- Bowling World reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program—or any of its features—at any time, with or without notice.
- Changes to these Terms may be implemented at Bowling World’s discretion. Continued participation after changes implies agreement.
8. General Terms
- Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Membership and points are personal to the account holder—they cannot be transferred, assigned, or pledged.
- If an account is found to be inactive or in violation of terms, Bowling World may deactivate the account or void the reward balance.
FAQ's
How do I access my account? You can create an account or sign in from the rewards tab on the bottom right-hand side of the screen
If I already have a customer account, do I need a separate account for rewards? No, all you need is a customer account with bowlingworld.com to start earning rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards? From the rewards panel, select 'Ways to Redeem' and 'View.' Select the amount of points you would like to redeem in increments of 100. From here, view your rewards, copy the discount code and apply it at checkout on your next order.
Why can't I see my rewards? Rewards are only available to customers who have signup up for Bowling World Elite and are using their customer account on bowlingworld.com. Rewards are not applied to guest checkouts.
I left a review but why don't I see my reward points? Make sure you log in to your account before you leave a review. If you have done this, then you should see your rewards show up in your account after a few minutes. It may not be instant.
Do my rewards expire? Yes, rewards will expire after 12 months.
Can I use my rewards in-store at one of your Bowling World locations? Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to sync in-store purchases with our online rewards program. If you would like further assistance with this, don't hesitate to contact us via Chat in the bottom right side of your screen.
