1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The bracket challenge is open to legal residents of the United States, ages 18 and older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees and affiliates of Bowling World are not eligible to win prizes.

1.3. No purchase necessary to enter

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1. The brackets open on Selection Sunday (March 17, 2025) and entries must be submitted by the tip-off of the first tournament game on March 20, 2025 12:00pm EST.

2.2. Participants must fill out and submit a complete NCAA Tournament bracket through CBSSports in the correct Bowling World pool

2.3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Bowling World reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of submitting multiple entries.

2.4. Participants may be required to provide their full name and  valid email address to enter and be eligible to win prizes.

3. SCORING & WINNER SELECTION

3.1. Brackets will be scored using the standard CBSSports point system, with the highest total points determining the winners.

3.2. Tie-Breaker Rules:

 • Top 3 Finishers Tie-Breaker: Closest guess to the total points scored in the championship game.

 • Last place Tie-Breaker: Furthest guess to the total points scored in the championship game.

 • Round of 64 Tie-Breaker: Random spin of all those tied at the end of the round. 1 random winner determined by the spin.

 • Final Tie-Breaker: If the above tie-breakers haven't settled to 1 winner, a random spin of all those that are tied will be applied.

3.3. Winners will be announced within 5 business days after the NCAA Championship Game on April 7, 2025.

4. PRIZES

4.1. The following prizes will be awarded based on final standings:

 • Grand Prize (Best Overall Bracket): One (1) Bowling World digital gift card valued at $300.

 • Second Place Prize: A free Bowling World Surprise mystery ball including the personalized selection. Choose between 12,13,14,15,16 pounds.

 • Third Place Prize: $50 Bowling World digital gift card.

4.2. Bonus Prizes:

 • Best Round of 64 Performance Bonus: Free Bowling World tee shirt of your choosing, selected from our tee shirt catalog at www.bowlingworld.com.

 • Worst Bracket Award: Free Bowling World tee shirt of your choosing, selected from our tee shirt catalog at www.bowlingworld.com.

4.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bowling World reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

4.4. Winners will be contacted via email and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. If the winner has not provided their email to the bracket pool, they will have 5 days to reach out and prove their winning bracket.

4.5 After 5 days, a new winner will be selected

5. DISQUALIFICATION & ENTRY LIMITATIONS

5.1. Bowling World reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

 • Submitting multiple entries.

 • Using fraudulent methods to gain an unfair advantage.

 • Violating any of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2. Bowling World reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest if any technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the competition.

6. GENERAL TERMS

6.1. Limitation of Liability: Bowling World is not responsible for technical malfunctions, incorrect bracket submissions, or scoring disputes caused by third-party platforms (e.g., CBSSports).

6.2. Privacy: By entering, participants consent to receive messages and emails from Bowling World relating to the bracket challenge.

6.3. Agreement to Rules: By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions and Bowling World’s decisions, which are final.
