Note: The personalized selection option does not guarantee any specific ball, ball type, or brand. It is simply a recommendation from one of our IPBSIA certified staff based on the information you provide and is still limited to our inventory on hand.

If you are looking for a recommendation for a new ball and don't want a gamble, reach out to us via chat. The Bowling World Surprise may not be for you.

Don't bother

If you're doing the random ball just go full random. They charge extra for personalization but ignore it. I wrote I wanted a ball for burnt second shift lanes and they sent me a urethane ball. Customer service told me the personalization doesn't matter as they go by their stock on hand. Just save yourself 10 bucks and go full random.
