Cancellation policy

Customers enrolled in a recurring purchase option or subscription may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account or by contacting Bowling World Customer Service.

Cancellation requests will apply to future recurring orders only. Any order that has already entered processing or has been charged prior to the cancellation request cannot be canceled and will be fulfilled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for submitting cancellation requests before their next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

If a recurring order has already been processed, customers may return eligible products in accordance with Bowling World’s Return Policy. Personalized, customized, used, or otherwise non-returnable items remain subject to the return restrictions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Bowling World reserves the right to modify or discontinue recurring purchase options at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes affecting their active subscription.
