It doesn't fully fix my problem, but it has helped a lot!

This wrist strap doesn't fully fix my problem, but it has helped a lot! My wrist is constantly sore from over bowling and the Ganglion cyst that has nerves trapped against the bones in my inner wrist. This strap is extremely adjustable which means that I can tighten or loosen the pressure easily whenever I need to. There is also a firm piece of plastic in the wrist that keeps the wrist in place with some compression. I honestly wouldn't have been able to keep bowling without it.
