My wife purchased these after I told her that I like my Dexter ProLite Boas. They were really sharp looking out of the box and have all the bells and whistles she was looking for in a high end shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't look good for long. The exterior has eroded badly on both shoes. It's like the leather or vinyl, whichever it is, is rubbing off of the outside of both shoes on the side and back. The toe cap is ripping off of the front of one of them. In less than a couple of months (so wearing them a dozen times or so), they went from looking new to looking like something you'd find in an old basement decades later.
