Track Bowling is excited to announce the Sensor, which adds a new symmetric core design to an already versatile and high-performing line-up. The Regulator core features a new design, yielding a low RG and differential combination. The new Regulator core, paired with DR-6 Pearl, will create easy length and a strong backend reaction. The Sensor was strategically designed to handle medium to drier conditions and to fit just below the Kinetic Black Ice in the line.

DYNAMICORE TECHNOLOGY

The Sensor uses DynamiCore – the industry leading innovation in outer core technology developed by Brunswick Bowling Products. This leap in bowling ball technology is a more durable outer material that yields less compression upon impact increasing hitting power and creating an undeniable difference in sound and pin carry.

Smooth and predictable

The Track Sensor is a smooth, predictable pearl ball that will come in handy on lower volume patterns.

My understanding of the intent of the Sensor is to be a step down from the Kinetic Black Ice, and a step up from the Tempo. The Sensor definitely does not have the skip/flip motion of the Black Ice, but is definitely a stronger, earlier rolling ball compared to the Tempo. In general, I would choose to use the Sensor in the same lane play window as the Tempo, but when I need something earlier and more rolly.

If you have a THS that is dry outside, but your weaker equipment is skidding too much in the track area, the Track Sensor could be a good ball to have. I would also recommend on medium length sport patterns if you’re trying to stay right during/after transition.
