I have bought numerous bowling balls from this site and have always had a great experience, I did recently buy a Hammer Black Widow Mania with a request for certain specs on the ball and the ball I received was not what I requested, the people at Bowling World were quick to rectify the situation and get the ball swapped out for one with the specs I had requested. I purchased a ball and it was promptly shipped out to me. At some point in the Transit, UPS lost the ball and sat in a "Delayed" status for a couple of weeks. I contacted Bowling World Customer Support and they had a replacement out to me that same day! I received the replacement ball and UPS still to this day, a month later, shows the original shipment as "Delayed". Thank you for being so quick to resolve without question!

I use it on my scratch Friday morning. The first week I've shot 960 for 4 games second week. I shot 1001 for four games. You should run more special on the ball sale.
I knew I needed to replace my Dexter SST H7 Red Leather Heel and Dexter SST S11 Saw Tooth Slide Sole. The slide sole, especially. Went to the pro shop and Alex very kindly looked at my shoes and told me what items I needed. Unfortunately, the shop did not have mine in stock, so Alex wrote the info out so I could go to bowlingworld.com and order them. I ordered what I needed and they arrived within the time frame the order process stated.
If you've ever used the Dexter replaceables, you know that they frequently have to be trimmed. Because of how well they are constructed, they are not easy to trim. The heel was the hardest (thicker material) but I was able to successfully trim it using a combination of cutting devices (could not find my Xacto knife).
Followed the instructions and wore the shoe with the replacements with full weight for about an hour and bowled with them that night--no problems.

I recently punched up this ball. My layout choice is 55 x 4 x 35. Very close to layout B on the drill sheet. For me this Ball has a very strong back end motion. It is a good choice for medium to long patterns. I used it when I need to swing the lane more. Another great ball from Radical tech technologies.
